I love having Coy home. It is so fun to learn with him. I don't remember so much of what I maybe never knew but think I may have heard of. It is so fun to read history and do science projects and analyze literature together. We have joined a homeschool group that we go to on Thursdays. They are studying ancient civilizations, so we're adding a lot of reading to our already full curriculum, but I think it will be worth it so he's with people other than his weird Mom all day. Sweet Grandpa Ruel has been building robots with Coy and teaching him how to sauder. He also just got his first job! He is going to scrub buckets and whatever else needs to be done at a flower shop a few hours a week! It should be one of those jobs that motivates one to get an education, though he is motivated. He wants to be a bio-chemist. I am so excited that he has become a teacher, and so proud of how hard he worked on his duty to God. He did a lot of ironing that last weekend:). He told me the other day that I would be officially old when Seth goes on his mission, and then asked me with a smile if I was around in the 60's. He keeps us reading, learning, and listening to fun podcasts! Coy rocks!
