How can you be so beautiful?  How can you be so wonderful? How is it possible? One of the greatest blessings I have ever EVER received is being your Mom and being a part of your wonderful life.

We are sitting at the kitchen table with Nic and Nate, Jayna and Darrell talking about whether it's better to own a home with all of the lawnmowing, watering and upkeep or to live in an apartment and have no chores and make memories traveling the world.  Advantages of land: you can move people into your home and on your property when things go South in the last days, you can grow your own food, disadvantages, you spend so much of your time working....I love nights like this, just talking things over, figuring it all out.

You helped me today in primary. Our lesson was teaching that the kids can be missionaries now.  We brought your cardboard in to show what the traditional missionary looks like, save for the fact that your head is slightly mongloid and you have a Frankenstein scar across your face, other than that you did really really well.  It was a fun lesson.  I asked, "Is this a missionary?"  and showed a picture of Ammon.  We asked, "What was the first thing Ammon did when he got to his mission? Brea Pederson said "Take his shirt off?"

How has your week been baby?  How are you precious?

Confession: Your package is still sitting right here We were waiting to hear your RING SIZE.  Anyway, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT US TO PUT IN?  mOOKIE, MOokie, MooKie, this is your Mom? Do you hear me? IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT IN YOUR PACKAGE? mOOK? mOOK? I love you MMMMMMOOOOKKKKIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE!!!!

Hey sweet sweet baby, how is everything going? I want to know every every everything.  We are receiving Elder Wightman's letters and it is really fun to get another perspective. The funny thing is that his Mom is getting your letters so half of Elder Wightman's letters that are mailed out are quotes from yours.

I love this so much. Jayna and Darrell are answering the question from Nic and Nate "Looking back what would you do the same or differently for your family or your life."  They are testifying of weekly temple attendance, paying tithing, and Jayna is saying that Darrell has taught her the power of fast offerings.  I love this life.

Our week has been splendorous. The mountains have a bit of snow on top, there's a nip of fall in the air and the mountains are bathed in yellow, red and gold. It is cool in the evenings and still warm in the day. The world is drenched in glory. The phrase that keeps going through my head is "ridiculous splendor".

That brings us to my biggest problem, how can I ever show my gratitude to Heavenly Father?  I YEARN to be better to show my love to Him.  I am bathed in His glory.

How can I thank him for a Spencer who was laying on the stairs this morning lamenting that he is behind in his seminary reading because he is following Heavenly Father and reading the Book of Mormon again by Christmas. I leaned over the stairs and said, "Do you know how many parents would love to be in my place right now, having a perfect child lay on the stairs worrying about that?

Oh my precious pumpkin.  No rest for the wicked :), so I'm tired.

I received an incredible blessing from Dad. It was SO AWESOME.   Heavenly Father knows me so well, I am constantly astounded.  This is what has been going on with Heavenly Father and I

"Heavenly Father, what should I major in? Should I go to college?"

"Let's work on joy. I need you to show your children and everyone that atoning grace is so joyous!"

"Heavenly Father, should I get a job to help with the family finances?"

"Let's work on not being so sarcastic with your husband. Let's work on the tone you use when you talk to him."

It's great. I love Heavenly Father and I'm so grateful for how he works with me.

Guess who is in heaven? ME! Seth, just like his brother Mckay before him, came home from the first few weeks of third grade and said "Mom, PLEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEE homeschool me!"  SO I AM! I am happy again!

I am doing it all again, Suzuki 1, bunny ears on the bow, cool dude on the neck, the thumbtack taped on the bottom of the violin.  I couldn't be happier.  Seth has listened to Janitors this week, he has listened to probably 900 pages. I love homeschool.   He has taken over the bunny that was named Kitty, now Domino because it was a girl and now it's a boy.

I got a new church calling this week! I get to help with a huge humanitarian day with marcia Slichta! We're making backpacks of food for refugee children, sanitary pads for girls in Africa, and Marcia and I are in charge of providing information to the entire stake about how and where people can serve. I love it!

Joseph is growing so so much, and he is reminding us so much of you.  His voice is the lowest of the boys I think, and he LOOKS like you. It is so fun. He scares us sometimes, we think you are standing in the kitchen.

We watched God's Not Dead 2.  SO GOOD! We put up a lot of pears this week. Blaine Parry brought us a huge box of green apples.  SO BLESSED! SO BLESSED!

I had Chloe a lot this week, it was heaven. I want to fill up my house with foster babies. I want to take handicapped babies and just love love love them.

I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!

Heavenly Father loves and cares about you. Jesus saved you.  YOU ARE SAVED! Your mama loves you so much and life is absolutely delicious, is it not?  It is his love that makes all of the imperfect perfect.

I love you.

DISCUSSIONS!!! SO COOL!!!

That's so cool. God is the best artist ever. "Ridiculous Splendor". I've thought of that over and over out here in Taiwan. What a glorious Heavenly Father, What a glorious world! Moses 6:63

I've found that out here as well. I ask Heavenly Father how to improve, and he is absolutely willing to give me the things to work on. That's a righteous desire that I feel he will always support!
