Mooks in the Tooks was chosen yesterday as the first chair in the school Orchestra! He beat out lots of girl types! Way to go groovy dude! Mooks is really enjoying school. I think it's great to have some sociality aside from his weird mother all day. Our kids sing "has given me an earthly home with parents kind of weird". He grew quite a magnificent sunflower in his little garden in back, it was 12 feet tall! He's so crazy. He gets up at 5 every morning. He sets his alarm for 8:45 p.m., stands up, announces that he is going to bed, puts on his little robe and hat like Scrooge of old, does his stuff and goes to bed. The rest of us are scrambling and chasing around to gather everyone for prayers before he gets in, on schedule. As Jeff will well attest, he did not get this beautiful consistency from me!
