Coy has decided to homeschool this year. He came to us and said "I'm not happy in my environment, I'm not being challenged academically and I want to make a change". We looked at a charter school and tried a day there, talked about other options, then he took it to the Lord. He came back to us and said that he prayed about all of his options and felt best about homeschool. This wasn't in the running that we were aware of, and we were surprised. We, too, prayed about it individually and all three of us came up with the same answer in a strong confident way. I am absolutely loving having him home. We are doing the same challenging and thorough curriculum we did with Mckay, and he is doing super. He tells me multiple times a day how happy he is. We listen to classical music and invite his brain to explode. It is so fun!
