Hello absolute love of my life! We have really savored having Elder Zeyer's letters! Have you read them? He DOES remind us so much of you it's awesome! We're so excited to hear every single detail of your week! How is the 14 year old boy? and the PE teacher?

I love how you are interfacing with the members. That is brilliant.  Remember my precious son that the church has done a lot of research and concluded that people have an average of 7 interactions with church members before they join. You may be the second, third, or sixth, but your great big optimistic grateful smile and joy of living, your faith, the light in your eyes will be filed away in their memories and may become a step on their ladder to Christ. Carry on my son! You are doing more good than you know!

Dad's birthday was Monday!  He is now officially Jeff Christensen, but one year older.

This week was Footprints week!  The Savior carried me.  I can't testify strongly enough that He has literally had me in his arms this week. We had a lot of wonderful joyous opportunities,  A LOT of them, a little too much. The laundry floor has 11 loads, all clean, but stacked nearly to the window and growing out the door.

Seth, Coy, Annie and I had so much fun in Beauty and the Beast Inline image 1 I spent the week looking like I weighed 300 pounds and pushing around a little handicapped child :). Coy was absolutely hilarious!  He had the best French accent for Lumiere. Seth was darling as Chip and Annie a beautiful napkin. It was so fun to tell the story of the redeeming and transforming power of love. It is really an atoning story. Belle loves and believes in the Beast, looks past all of the roughness to his heart, and as he is loved he is transformed.  Love it. It was so fun.  One of my favorite parts was Seth running across the stage to me at the end after being stuck in the cart all night!  Love healed everything!  I received a blessing and Heavenly Father blessed me so much, gave me his peace, and the Holy Ghost generously blessed us in his capacity to bring all things to remembrance. Think of the Holy Ghost's passport!  He has been everywhere! Now he has been on stage with Mrs. Potts on the middle school stage. It was fun!  That was a lot of our week!

We also had an Arbor Day celebration at the city, a baby shower for Aunt Nic, Dad and I spoke in church today and I had sharing time today. We also got all of Spen's dentist and doctor appointments for his mission, and the rest of the kids went to the dentist as well.  I taught scouts on Wednesday because our Scout leader had to stop doing it.  It was a marathon week. I testify to you that the Lord literally carried me through all of it and helped me with everything. He took what I could and did give and made it enough. Why does He love us so much? Why is he so good to us?

Dad's talk was incredible today. He honestly said that he is grateful for what he has been through because of what he has learned.  It was so humble and sweet to hear that I just wept.  He bore such a powerful witness of God's love. He told of two experiences where God's glory was so thick he could only see the other person's face in the room. One was when he listened to "Joseph Smith's First Prayer" by a world famous tenor in Australia, and the other was when he was bearing testimony to a homeless man for whom the church rented a tiny hotel room for $79 a month. He was in this room testifying to the man and he had the same glory fill the room. It was so powerful when he testified of God's love.

Oh sweet boy, I love you with all my heart. I want you to wrap your arms around yourself and say "You are holding a great person!"

Spen is fasting today. Talk to him.

Love you! Mom
