HOW WAS YOUR BIRTHDAY SO MUCH, SO MUCH! How was it? What did you do? How do you feel? Are you all 19 and stuff? Are your muscles bigger? Is it all new and different? LIKE YOUR HAIRCUT?
You are cute, even bald, which is a great thing to know as a mother. It's great to know that your boy is still cute when his head looks like a toe!
I only sobbed 12 times being on the other side away from you for your birthday.
How are you? How is every tiny thing? How has your week been? Who have you taught? Did you in in ping pong or did you get owned by the old man AGAIN? Just saying.....:). Did you eat successfully full? Did you have any more beans with Uncle Yang? How is Brother Zheng? Your letters are super great, deliciously long and delightful. WE LOVE IT!
You are so yummy. I miss you tremendously. Meaning, I do it really well. There are just a handful of things that I am good at, but I am doing tremendously well at that. I'm pretty amazing actually.
NEWS FROM HOME:
- Nicholas Mark Christensen received his mission call! El Salvador, San Salvador East! Leaving December 16th, SPANISH! Oh that spirit that floods the house when a call is opened! His family was crying, we were crying, a lot of people were crying!
- MITCHELL GETS HOME THIS THURSDAY! I'm so excited to see that awesome kid!
- We have a new baby. His name is Wesley Kyle Stokes and he is living with us for a while. He is super super awesome and we are having a blast. He has the study, he has great hair, he says "yes mam" and asks me ten times a day what needs to be done and what he can do to help. Love the kid.
- Wesley and Coy hit the singles ward today. Right as they were going out I spiked Coy's hair up everywhere and he looked so freakin awesome. He is so HANDSOME AND DARLING!
- Tuesday just as Wesley was coming guess who came over! Kirsten! She is SO AWESOME! SHE got her wisdom teeth out this weekend! We are in the process of teasing her right now.
- Family night with the slichtitards, then moving the piano so Wesley Kyle could have the study.
- Tuesday, dodgeball night for ym and yw, Wesley met everyone.
- Wednesday night we WATCHED COY'S MISSION VIDEO! It is EPIC AND 27 MINUTES LONG!
- Coy started the rest of his classes this week, LOVES IT SO MUCH. College is wait for it....wait for it....wait for it.......great.
- WEDNESDAY absolutely awesome rockin Grandpa Jello took Wesley to LDS Employment for hours and got things all set up!
- Thursday Wes went to Spen's band practice, no school, then up chuck a rama with the boys.
- Thursday Wesley Kyle took Annie and they delivered all the soup to the widows, staying at Merle Turner's for 1 hour and 20 minutes. We watched Cookeville Miracle that night which is an amazingly spiritual movie.
- Wesley and Coy have been building Laura's waterfall.
- We tried to steal the Dodge Dynasty from the school but SPEN GOT US BACK! He left the lights on and it was dead! We got dropped off by Coy on his way to school which made it way more funny because we were STRANDED! In the rain! At the School! In a dead Car! With a guitar and a ukulele!
- Thursday morning Seth began to pack up all of the things he wants to take with him when he gets married, the things he wants for his children. He's planning to take a lot of the veggie tales movies, the RESCUE HERO MOVIES, and a stack of children's books. SO FUNNY.
- Saturday....SATURDAY! This is kind of epic, prepare yourself....After roofing all day for Wesley and Joseph, and Wesley and Coy going to play practice for Bluffdale Arts 25 years... THEY DRESSED UP IN THE SCARLET PIMPERNELL COSTUMES AND PRANKED HOMECOMING! They pranced right into Olive Garden to "check up" on Spencer! It was SO FUNNY! PICS COMING.
- Coy started teaching his new 10 year old primary class today!
I LOVE YOU and I want to close my letter with this. We are very blessed. The church is VERY VERY TRUE, and
MISSIONARIES ARE JUST ANGELS IN DISGUISE!
