Spen's Arrow of Light Ceremony! September 22, 2009. The "Doctor" made a concoction of colors with
the values of the Arrow of Light and it made Spencer. He's working toward all 20 of his Webelos Achievements before he turns 11 in December. Spen is such a joy to have in our family.
