Annie FINALLY got tired of brushing out the snarls, and one morning she said "I decided I wanted short hair!" I was running through the house like a woman on fire trying to find a pair of scissors. We fight and struggle over that hair way too much. I finally found on old pair and that hair was off. I figured we'd fix it later. Her Daddy wasn't happy, but he thinks it's cute now.
